Mr. Mridul Ashok brings over 15 years of experience most of it in fund management and administration companies around the world. He carries vast experience in the areas of Fund Administration, Planning, Migrations, Risk, and Compliance. Mr. Ashok was also responsible to lead a team, handling over 200 clients, across Europe to ensure proper management of investor trades. He was a consultant to formulate proactive training approaches in relation to identifying regulatory, operational, and risk processes within the fund administration spectrum.
Currently, Mr. Ashok is heading Operations and Risk Management for The largest asset manager for ETFs in the MENA region with a key responsibility of developing and maintaining a comprehensive process for assessing, identifying, monitoring, effectively managing, and reporting pertinent business risks that could interfere with the firm’s core purpose and ability to grow and develop its business lines. Also, leads the facilitation, implementation, and monitoring of effective risk management practices and ensures operating policies and procedures are compiled within the firm. Mr. Ashok is part of the team that launched the 1st Umbrella Fund and ETF under the Local regulatory regime.
